Who is Advance and what do we do?
We are a trusted fintech company partnered with over 200 companies to provide on-demand financial services to our employees. Through these partnerships, we issue instant, short-term salary advances with minimal interest.
How do I find out if Advance is available in my company?
If you're not sure whether our services are offered to the employees of your company, please ask your HR team if they are partnered with Advance. Alternatively, you can send an email to

My company doesn’t offer Advance. What can I do?
To get started, simply refer your company to us so we can get to know you better. We offer end-to-end solutions, including onboarding and collections, and collaborate with you to align with your current business processes. You can

What is the Interest Rate?
All the fees are displayed upfront before you can continue with your loan request. Our rates are competitive and non-predatory.
What are the eligibility requirements to request for an advance?
Advance is available for the active and regular employees of our accredited company partners. At a minimum, employees must be a Filipino citizen, 18 years old and above.
What is the employer/HR code and how can I get it?
An employer code is a requirement to sign up for an account. The code is provided by Advance to our accredited partner companies. You can get it through your HR or via our support channel at

What Government IDs do you accept?
We accept the following Government IDs:

Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID) Card

How long will it take for my account to be verified?
Once you’ve completed our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process and requirements, our Credit team will verify your account within 3-5 business days.
How much can I advance?
We offer eligible borrowers the flexibility to advance up to 50% of their monthly basic salary, at any time.
How soon can I get my salary advance?
Once approved, the funds will be instantly credited to the bank account on your profile.
How do I repay my salary advance?
We've made repayments hassle-free by working with your employer to automatically process the repayment for you via salary deduction.

What is a revolving credit line?
A revolving credit line is a type of financing that works like a credit card for your business. It gives you a credit limit which you can use anytime. This type of loan allows you to borrow money whenever you need, and pay interest only on what you borrow.
What are your terms and rates?
Our interest rate starts at 3.5% and is payable 30 days from the date of disbursement.
What documents do we need to submit?
We are requiring the following documents, initially:
SEC registration certificates
Borrower's 2 government issued IDs
Audited Financial Statements (last 3 years)
In-house Financial Statements (last 3 months)
Kindly note that additional documents will be requested after you qualify for an initial assessment.
Are collaterals needed for this type of loan?
Our revolving credit line is non-collateral. Surety Agreement and Notice of Receivables will be applied.
How do I know if my application is approved?
After the review of our Credit team, our Partner Engagement Team will reach out to inform you of your application status and the approved credit limit. They will also guide you on the documentation and processing.
How do I repay my loan?
We will collect post-dated checks from you. We will only deposit these according to the payment schedule.
Can I request an increase in credit limit?
An application for credit limit increase may be requested. Our Credit team will ask you to submit updated financial documents and relevant documentation, so they can determine the appropriate increase on your credit limit.
